冀中能源峰(feng)峰(feng)集團面(mian)對本部礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)資源枯竭、可采儲量減(jian)(jian)少、產(chan)(chan)量下(xia)降(jiang),生產(chan)(chan)系統復雜、相互制約(yue),工作面(mian)搬(ban)家(jia)倒面(mian)頻(pin)繁、銜(xian)接(jie)緊張等(deng)(deng)一系列難題(ti),從源頭尋(xun)找突破點,在(zai)優化(hua)設計(ji)上(shang)下(xia)苦(ku)功(gong)、挖潛力,實現了增(zeng)加可采量、減(jian)(jian)少工程量、降(jiang)低資金(jin)投入、保證生產(chan)(chan)銜(xian)接(jie)、穩定(ding)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)產(chan)(chan)量、延長礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)壽命等(deng)(deng)多重顯著效果。截至(zhi)11月份,共(gong)優化(hua)設計(ji)67項(xiang),核減(jian)(jian)節約(yue)資金(jin)上(shang)億元。
該集(ji)團(tuan)設(she)計(ji)管理部門收集(ji)、分析各礦井(jing)剩余煤炭資源儲量(liang)分布情況、地質賦存(cun)狀況、地區生產(chan)現(xian)(xian)狀,研(yan)究生產(chan)工(gong)作面(mian)、銜(xian)接(jie)工(gong)作面(mian)及大區銜(xian)接(jie)情況,研(yan)判(pan)目(mu)前影(ying)響生產(chan)的(de)(de)主要(yao)問(wen)題(ti),預判(pan)后兩年生產(chan)銜(xian)接(jie)將面(mian)臨的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),通(tong)過(guo)認真分析礦井(jing)生產(chan)系(xi)統、采區設(she)計(ji)及工(gong)作面(mian)設(she)計(ji)等,結合現(xian)(xian)有先進生產(chan)工(gong)藝及成熟技術經驗(yan),對現(xian)(xian)有生產(chan)系(xi)統及設(she)計(ji)方案進行(xing)重新論證(zheng)和(he)優化,保證(zheng)優化方案的(de)(de)合理性及可行(xing)性,從(cong)源頭上解決(jue)礦井(jing)生產(chan)面(mian)臨的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),向安(an)全集(ji)約高效(xiao)要(yao)效(xiao)益,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)礦井(jing)降本增效(xiao)。
該(gai)集團針(zhen)(zhen)對梧桐莊礦八采(cai)(cai)(cai)區(qu)(qu)南部(bu)開采(cai)(cai)(cai)方案工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)大、工(gong)(gong)期長,導致大區(qu)(qu)銜接緊(jin)張的問題,重新分析(xi)論證開采(cai)(cai)(cai)方案,優化八采(cai)(cai)(cai)區(qu)(qu)南部(bu)設計(ji)方案中輔(fu)助膠帶巷(xiang)(xiang)、輔(fu)助軌(gui)道巷(xiang)(xiang)、輔(fu)助回風巷(xiang)(xiang),實(shi)現膠帶、軌(gui)道的機軌(gui)合(he)一(yi)布置(zhi),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)一(yi)條(tiao)輔(fu)助巷(xiang)(xiang)道,節(jie)(jie)省工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)572米(mi),直接節(jie)(jie)約(yue)創效(xiao)250余萬(wan)元。針(zhen)(zhen)對辛安礦-500北翼地區(qu)(qu)原(yuan)開采(cai)(cai)(cai)方案存(cun)在巷(xiang)(xiang)道工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)較(jiao)大,經(jing)濟效(xiao)益不合(he)理的問題,將該(gai)區(qu)(qu)域資源作(zuo)為(wei)煤柱資源回收(shou),調整布置(zhi)采(cai)(cai)(cai)區(qu)(qu)生產(chan)系統,減(jian)(jian)少(shao)巷(xiang)(xiang)道整修(xiu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)519米(mi);實(shi)現跨巷(xiang)(xiang)開采(cai)(cai)(cai),將212采(cai)(cai)(cai)區(qu)(qu)下山巷(xiang)(xiang)道煤柱直接采(cai)(cai)(cai)出,節(jie)(jie)省巷(xiang)(xiang)道掘(jue)進工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)1100米(mi);并對工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面上巷(xiang)(xiang)進行(xing)切頂(ding)留巷(xiang)(xiang),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)巷(xiang)(xiang)道掘(jue)進工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)(liang)490米(mi),多采(cai)(cai)(cai)出煤炭資源2萬(wan)噸,共(gong)計(ji)可直接節(jie)(jie)約(yue)創效(xiao)1600余萬(wan)元。優化大社礦921102工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面設計(ji),將“條(tiao)帶開采(cai)(cai)(cai)”優化為(wei)“覆巖隔離注漿充填開采(cai)(cai)(cai)”,將原(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面寬由50米(mi)優化到120米(mi),增(zeng)加了工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面可采(cai)(cai)(cai)儲量(liang)(liang)約(yue)27萬(wan)噸,保證了礦井正常生產(chan)銜接。
該集(ji)團還通(tong)過簡化(hua)生產(chan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統,解決系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統之間(jian)相互制約(yue)影響生產(chan)的問題,牛兒(er)莊采礦公司山青(qing)運(yun)(yun)煤(mei)(mei)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統復雜、冗長,巷(xiang)道維修工程量(liang)大(da),后(hou)路運(yun)(yun)輸設(she)(she)備(bei)及作業崗位人(ren)員多,山青(qing)運(yun)(yun)煤(mei)(mei)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統與大(da)煤(mei)(mei)運(yun)(yun)煤(mei)(mei)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統互干擾。對(dui)山青(qing)生產(chan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統進行(xing)改造,分(fen)離了山青(qing)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統與大(da)煤(mei)(mei)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統之間(jian)的聯系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),節省(sheng)運(yun)(yun)輸設(she)(she)備(bei)1部、縮短運(yun)(yun)輸線路755米、降低運(yun)(yun)輸設(she)(she)備(bei)負荷255千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),解放三(san)水平上山煤(mei)(mei)柱資源(yuan)30萬(wan)噸,節約(yue)創效合計可達9700余(yu)萬(wan)元。
