他(ta)們(men)持續改善職(zhi)(zhi)工工作生活(huo)環境,加(jia)大(da)辦公(gong)、生產車(che)間(jian)環境整治力度,擴大(da)綠化(hua)面積(ji),全力打造溫(wen)馨舒適住宿條件。廣泛開(kai)展(zhan)金秋(qiu)助(zhu)學、職(zhi)(zhi)工權益保護等(deng)工作,發(fa)放幫扶資金38.8萬元,惠(hui)及困難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工127名。該集團還開(kai)展(zhan)籃球(qiu)賽(sai)(sai)、羽毛球(qiu)賽(sai)(sai)、乒乓球(qiu)賽(sai)(sai)及拔(ba)河(he)賽(sai)(sai)等(deng)多種寓(yu)教(jiao)于(yu)樂(le)活(huo)動,不僅豐富了職(zhi)(zhi)工業余生活(huo),還增強了職(zhi)(zhi)工對(dui)企(qi)業的凝聚力,促(cu)進了企(qi)業和諧建(jian)設。
