冀中能源邯(han)礦集(ji)團用“金(jin)點子”開啟全(quan)面轉型改革發展“新引擎”

4月中旬以來(lai),冀中能(neng)源邯礦集團啟動(dong)了“獻(xian)良策謀發展、慶祝建黨(dang)百年(nian)”合理(li)(li)化征集活(huo)動(dong)。全(quan)(quan)體(ti)干部(bu)職工(gong)踴(yong)躍參與(yu),立足所在單位(wei)部(bu)門和自身(shen)崗位(wei)實際,圍(wei)繞安(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)(li)、煤炭生(sheng)產、科(ke)技創新及(ji)資源整(zheng)合、經(jing)營管控、環保綜(zong)合利(li)用(yong)、資本運作、民生(sheng)工(gong)程及(ji)和諧穩(wen)定、金(jin)地公司(si)改革優化、政治保障、外埠托管等10個重點方面(mian),提交合理(li)(li)化建議2359條,積極為(wei)企業打贏“十(shi)四五(wu)”開(kai)局首戰,加速實現“五(wu)年(nian)三步跨越”規劃目(mu)標建言獻(xian)策,用(yong)“金(jin)點子”助推企業全(quan)(quan)面(mian)面(mian)轉型改革發展。
自(zi)2017年(nian)以(yi)來(lai),邯(han)礦集(ji)團黨政始終(zhong)堅(jian)持以(yi)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為中心,大力踐(jian)行(xing)(xing)強企富(fu)民的職責(ze)使命,多措并舉(ju)暢通信息溝通渠道(dao),問計(ji)于職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、問需于職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、問策(ce)于職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),使企業(ye)各項戰(zhan)略決策(ce)、規劃布局(ju)順應職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意愿(yuan)、符合職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期盼,以(yi)此持續提振(zhen)干事創業(ye)精神士(shi)氣、匯聚突破攻堅(jian)正(zheng)能(neng)量。公司(si)逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)完善形成了從方(fang)案(an)策(ce)劃到(dao)安(an)排部署(shu),從建議(yi)上(shang)報到(dao)層層篩選,從逐(zhu)(zhu)一批閱到(dao)現場答復,從跟蹤落實到(dao)獎勵激勵,一整套(tao)較(jiao)為完善的閉合運行(xing)(xing)體系,構建起“黨委領(ling)導(dao)、行(xing)(xing)政支持、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會運作、職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與、各方(fang)協同(tong)”合理(li)化(hua)建議(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作格局(ju)。特(te)別是2020年(nian)公司(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會依托“智慧(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會”云平臺,開(kai)通了網(wang)上(shang)合理(li)化(hua)建議(yi)征(zheng)(zheng)集(ji)渠道(dao),實現了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)真知灼(zhuo)見“隨時提,馬上(shang)辦”,持續激發了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與企業(ye)管理(li)的熱情。2021年(nian)邯(han)礦集(ji)團征(zheng)(zheng)集(ji)的合理(li)化(hua)建議(yi)數量較(jiao)2020年(nian)增加(jia)了28.1%,較(jiao)2019年(nian)增加(jia)了33.5%。
此外,為提升合理化建議的(de)(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、可操作性(xing),邯礦(kuang)集(ji)團建立了基(ji)層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)、公司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)、職能(neng)部(bu)室、領(ling)導(dao)班子四級審核機制,層(ceng)層(ceng)篩選、把關斟酌(zhuo),對(dui)方案成熟的(de)(de),集(ji)中力量盡快實(shi)施(shi);對(dui)方案仍需完善(shan)的(de)(de),有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)開展技(ji)術難(nan)題(ti)會(hui)(hui)診、關鍵課(ke)題(ti)分析,切實(shi)為企業強化管(guan)理、補齊短(duan)板、深挖內(nei)潛,提供路(lu)徑方法。
