推行智(zhi)能供電系統(tong)為智(zhi)能化建(jian)設提質
“智能供電(dian)(dian)及防越(yue)級(ji)跳閘(zha)系(xi)統在(zai)井下應用(yong)后,能可(ke)靠(kao)、高效(xiao)的防止(zhi)越(yue)級(ji)跳閘(zha)事故的發生,對提高煤礦(kuang)安全生產、減少人員傷亡具(ju)有重大(da)意義。”回想起一年(nian)前智能供電(dian)(dian)及防越(yue)級(ji)跳閘(zha)系(xi)統初次應用(yong)時(shi)的場景,該礦(kuang)機電(dian)(dian)區區長李飛依然非常激動。
該礦井(jing)下(xia)(xia)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)復雜、供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)級(ji)(ji)數多且井(jing)下(xia)(xia)多采用短(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式(shi)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線路(lu)首末端短(duan)路(lu)時,短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流相差不大。單靠傳統(tong)的速(su)斷定(ding)值(zhi)和時間級(ji)(ji)差高(gao)(gao)開無法有(you)效(xiao)的動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),造成(cheng)短(duan)路(lu)、過(guo)流保護無法進行配(pei)合(he),可(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)相間短(duan)路(lu)等(deng)導致(zhi)的越級(ji)(ji)跳閘(zha)(zha)事故,不僅會影(ying)響生產效(xiao)率,而(er)且嚴(yan)重威脅(xie)井(jing)下(xia)(xia)作(zuo)業人(ren)員安全(quan)。通(tong)過(guo)引入智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)及防越級(ji)(ji)跳閘(zha)(zha)技術通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)井(jing)下(xia)(xia)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)的智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)自動(dong)(dong)化改造,由交換機和程(cheng)序來實現(xian)檢測高(gao)(gao)開的動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),實現(xian)煤(mei)礦井(jing)下(xia)(xia)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)無人(ren)值(zhi)守系統(tong),實現(xian)地(di)面、井(jing)下(xia)(xia)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)遠程(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力監(jian)控(kong),實現(xian)煤(mei)礦高(gao)(gao)壓供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)防控(kong)預警(jing)、監(jian)測、監(jian)控(kong)、保護、故障(zhang)定(ding)位、故障(zhang)閉鎖、視(shi)頻系統(tong)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力監(jian)控(kong)平臺的應急聯動(dong)(dong)與(yu)快速(su)恢復供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)一系列智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化功能(neng)(neng)(neng),解(jie)決井(jing)下(xia)(xia)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)無人(ren)值(zhi)守、越級(ji)(ji)跳閘(zha)(zha)問題,進而(er)提高(gao)(gao)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的安全(quan)性和穩定(ding)性。
推(tui)廣采掘視頻監控為智能化(hua)建設提速
“坐在辦公(gong)室就能看到井下(xia)掘(jue)進頭(tou)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景,這是(shi)我(wo)干了(le)幾十年煤(mei)礦工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)想(xiang)都不敢想(xiang)的事情。”羊東礦綜掘(jue)二區(qu)副隊長趙紅(hong)國親眼見(jian)證了(le)該礦從(cong)炮掘(jue)到綜掘(jue),再到今天的智能化開采(cai)。
該礦充(chong)分利用(yong)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)已經鋪(pu)設的(de)皮帶集(ji)控視頻信號傳(chuan)輸(shu)線路(lu)(lu)和(he)存儲設備(bei),在距掘進前(qian)頭(tou)不超100米(mi)的(de)地(di)(di)方(fang)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)無線基站(zhan)和(he)定(ding)向天線接入工作面(mian)最后(hou)一(yi)部(bu)輸(shu)送機機頭(tou)集(ji)控分站(zhan),在工作面(mian)前(qian)頭(tou)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)無線防爆攝(she)像(xiang)機用(yong)于采集(ji)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)工作面(mian)畫(hua)面(mian)至后(hou)路(lu)(lu)防爆計算(suan)機進行存儲,將(jiang)防爆計算(suan)機與井下環網連(lian)接,通過網絡(luo)將(jiang)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)畫(hua)面(mian)上傳(chuan)至地(di)(di)面(mian)調(diao)度指揮中心及單位(wei)值班(ban)室。通過無線攝(she)像(xiang)機配備(bei)擴音器和(he)手嘜、地(di)(di)面(mian)值班(ban)室安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)專用(yong)麥(mai)克風(feng),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)井上下實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)通訊(xun)、下達各種指令;同時(shi)也(ye)將(jiang)進行WIFI對講(jiang)功(gong)能的(de)試驗,使用(yong)礦現(xian)(xian)有的(de)防爆手機安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)專用(yong)APP,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)與調(diao)度通訊(xun)系(xi)統融(rong)合的(de)功(gong)能,提高安(an)全保(bao)障和(he)生產調(diao)度水平(ping)。
引入(ru)智能矸選系統為智能化建設提效
為實現“機械(xie)化換人(ren)、自動化減人(ren)”的(de)(de)目(mu)標,該礦大力推進TDS智能矸選系(xi)統(tong)安裝和(he)應用,有效提(ti)高(gao)塊煤(mei)回收率(lv),增加塊煤(mei)產(chan)(chan)量(liang),提(ti)高(gao)生產(chan)(chan)效率(lv)與精度,進一步(bu)改善職工的(de)(de)工作環境,提(ti)升職工“幸福指(zhi)數”。
該(gai)系(xi)統由井下生產的原煤(mei)(mei)通過(guo)皮(pi)帶運輸系(xi)統進(jin)入滾(gun)軸篩,滾(gun)軸篩篩選(xuan)出25mm以上的塊煤(mei)(mei)通過(guo)運載皮(pi)帶,進(jin)入TDS智(zhi)能(neng)矸(gan)(gan)選(xuan)系(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)統采用以X射(she)線(xian)為主(zhu)的智(zhi)能(neng)識別,針(zhen)對不同的煤(mei)(mei)質特(te)征建立(li)與之相(xiang)適應(ying)的分(fen)析(xi)模型,通過(guo)大數據分(fen)析(xi),對煤(mei)(mei)和矸(gan)(gan)石(shi)進(jin)行數字化(hua)識別和跟蹤,通過(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)噴吹系(xi)統將煤(mei)(mei)塊噴出,塊煤(mei)(mei)通過(guo)皮(pi)帶返回(hui)煤(mei)(mei)倉,矸(gan)(gan)石(shi)進(jin)入矸(gan)(gan)石(shi)倉,最終有效(xiao)分(fen)離煤(mei)(mei)與矸(gan)(gan)石(shi)。該(gai)系(xi)統具有精確的控制(zhi)調節功能(neng),智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)程度(du)高,可(ke)(ke)以實(shi)現全工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)程檢測(ce)、監控,從而(er)替代傳統的人(ren)工(gong)(gong)手選(xuan)矸(gan)(gan)工(gong)(gong)藝,選(xuan)精度(du)排矸(gan)(gan)率可(ke)(ke)達(da)90%,矸(gan)(gan)石(shi)帶煤(mei)(mei)率小(xiao)于10%,有效(xiao)降低原煤(mei)(mei)灰分(fen),實(shi)現煤(mei)(mei)質、效(xiao)益(yi)“雙提升”。
