冀(ji)中能源峰(feng)峰(feng)集團羊東礦:讓(rang)職工獲得(de)實打實的(de)幸福
紅背包一(yi)線崗(gang)位慰問132次(ci)(ci),井口親情慰問12次(ci)(ci),專(zhuan)場(chang)慰問演出16場(chang)次(ci)(ci),“十個幫(bang)你辦”事項160余(yu)件(jian)(jian),發放白襯衣(yi)3540件(jian)(jian),發放紅色體恤衫2300件(jian)(jian)、慰問品10000余(yu)份,舉(ju)辦“小實(shi)操”技術練兵100余(yu)場(chang)次(ci)(ci)......近日,在冀中能源(yuan)峰(feng)峰(feng)集團羊東礦,一(yi)項項“暖心”工程確保職(zhi)工獲(huo)得穩穩的幸(xing)福(fu)。
“辦(ban)一(yi)項實(shi)(shi)事任(ren)務,要辦(ban)在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的心坎上(shang),辦(ban)在(zai)企業(ye)的發展中,辦(ban)在(zai)安(an)全(quan)的關鍵(jian)點,最終讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)滿意,切實(shi)(shi)把“為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事”落到實(shi)(shi)處。”羊東礦在(zai)組(zu)織召開“我為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事”征(zheng)求意見座(zuo)談會上(shang)再三強(qiang)調。
自黨史(shi)學習(xi)教育開展以來,該礦將“為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)(ban)實事(shi)(shi)”作為(wei)(wei)黨史(shi)學習(xi)教育的重要(yao)抓手,把職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)反映的“問題清單(dan)”變成工(gong)(gong)會干部(bu)的‘責任清單(dan)’,讓黨史(shi)學習(xi)教育接地(di)氣、冒熱氣、有(you)溫度(du),確保職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)關心關注的急事(shi)(shi)難(nan)事(shi)(shi),事(shi)(shi)事(shi)(shi)有(you)著落,件件有(you)回聲,不遺余(yu)力(li)“兜起”職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)穩穩的幸福,實實在(zai)在(zai)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)(ban)實事(shi)(shi)、謀福祉(zhi)。
走進職工“聽實情(qing)”
“之前(qian)夜班升井后(hou),餐廳(ting)(ting)飯(fan)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)都(dou)變涼了(le),我(wo)就和咱(zan)(zan)礦(kuang)(kuang)餐廳(ting)(ting)建議,是否能采(cai)取相關措(cuo)施,確保職(zhi)工(gong)隨時能吃上(shang)熱(re)飯(fan)熱(re)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)。”該礦(kuang)(kuang)職(zhi)工(gong)小李說道,“沒成想,我(wo)的合理化建議剛(gang)剛(gang)提出,職(zhi)工(gong)餐廳(ting)(ting)的各個(ge)櫥窗都(dou)采(cai)取了(le)飯(fan)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)保溫措(cuo)施,不管什么時候來職(zhi)工(gong)餐廳(ting)(ting),都(dou)能吃上(shang)熱(re)氣騰騰、美(mei)味可口的飯(fan)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)。即刻落實(shi),咱(zan)(zan)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)作真是高效率!”
職工(gong)實(shi)事(shi)無小(xiao)事(shi)。該礦堅持(chi)以職工(gong)需求(qiu)為導向,建(jian)立“事(shi)事(shi)辦(ban)(ban)”機制,密切聯系職工(gong)解難題。通(tong)過扎實(shi)開展“百千(qian)萬(wan)”和“萬(wan)份問卷大調(diao)研”活(huo)動(dong),以線上+線下意(yi)(yi)見建(jian)議(yi)征集為抓手,推行每(mei)月“八個在一線”廣泛聯系服務(wu)職工(gong)新機制,暢通(tong)點對點“民情調(diao)研”、線連線“民意(yi)(yi)收集”、面(mian)對面(mian)“民訴解決”、心暖心“民生辦(ban)(ban)理(li)”“四個渠道”,要求(qiu)每(mei)名工(gong)會干部每(mei)月至少征集反饋20條職工(gong)意(yi)(yi)見建(jian)議(yi),至少為職工(gong)辦(ban)(ban)十件實(shi)事(shi)好(hao)事(shi),并將工(gong)作成(cheng)效(xiao)納入工(gong)會干部績效(xiao)積(ji)分(fen)制考核。
心系職工“送溫暖”
“現在(zai)井(jing)上、井(jing)下到處都(dou)是(shi)咱(zan)“娘家人(ren)”背著紅背包送(song)慰問的(de)(de)身影,每次接(jie)到車間(jian)工會通過征求我們的(de)(de)意見,準備的(de)(de)“訂單(dan)式”慰問品時心里總是(shi)暖洋洋的(de)(de),瞬間(jian)感覺渾身來勁,干活時也不覺的(de)(de)累了.......”該礦綜采一區職工馬潤勝(sheng)激(ji)動的(de)(de)講(jiang)道(dao)。
該(gai)礦扎實組織開(kai)展工(gong)會干部(bu)蹲點聯系服務職工(gong)活動(dong),緊緊抓住(zhu)受職工(gong)歡迎的服務項目不(bu)放(fang)松,持續深入(ru)開(kai)展紅背包集中行動(dong)和協(xie)管親(qin)情慰問(wen)主題活動(dong),并根據職工(gong)需求(qiu),為奮戰在一線的職工(gong)送(song)加油餐、暖心餐、囑安餐。
在該礦8270工作面快速銜接攻(gong)堅戰中,該礦特意組織(zhi)文藝小分(fen)隊到(dao)創水平單(dan)位(wei)開展專場慰問(wen)演出,送(song)慰問(wen)、獻(xian)節目、鼓干勁、聚合力,營(ying)造了“相(xiang)親(qin)相(xiang)愛一家人”的濃(nong)厚(hou)氛圍。
服務職工“解難題(ti)”
“我們住宿職工(gong)業(ye)余生活較單調,就想(xiang)(xiang)著咱(zan)職工(gong)小家(jia)要(yao)有一個多功能(neng)活動室(shi)該(gai)多好(hao)啊。沒想(xiang)(xiang)到(dao)還真(zhen)的實現了,比想(xiang)(xiang)象中的還要(yao)好(hao),能(neng)上(shang)網、能(neng)健身、能(neng)休閑、還能(neng)品(pin)咖啡,真(zhen)是幸福!”綜(zong)采三區職工(gong)王海兵(bing)開心地(di)講道(dao)。
該礦緊緊圍繞職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工最關心、最直接(jie)、最現實的利(li)益問題展開調研,建立完善合理化建議征(zheng)(zheng)集機制,每月召開“幫(bang)辦”座(zuo)談(tan)會,征(zheng)(zheng)求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工幫(bang)辦事(shi)項和意見建議,逐條解決——建立井口直飲純凈水站、在井下生產一(yi)線頭面安裝熱水器、落實每兩個月為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工發放(fang)一(yi)套新工作服承諾、升級改(gai)造職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工小家陣地等事(shi)項,千方百計打通(tong)服務職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工群眾的“最后一(yi)公里”,贏得了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工稱(cheng)贊(zan)。
助力職工“提(ti)技能”
“通過礦工(gong)(gong)會組(zu)織開展的“導師制”和“小(xiao)實操”技術練兵活動(dong),我從一(yi)名(ming)(ming)機電(dian)‘小(xiao)白’成(cheng)長(chang)為一(yi)名(ming)(ming)機電(dian)骨(gu)干,不但取得(de)了技能職稱,收入也比以前提高了。”談及自(zi)己的快(kuai)速成(cheng)長(chang),綜采一(yi)區職工(gong)(gong)閆(yan)壚琦感慨(kai)道。
為有效提升職工(gong)技(ji)能(neng)素質,該礦以日常(chang)練(lian)兵、每月比(bi)武為抓手(shou),組織開(kai)展(zhan)多工(gong)種“小(xiao)實操”練(lian)兵活(huo)(huo)動。根據(ju)單位階段重(zhong)點、生(sheng)產(chan)難題和技(ji)術短板等,有針對性地制定月度階段“小(xiao)實操”練(lian)兵計劃,并(bing)將線(xian)(xian)上“技(ji)師(shi)講(jiang)堂”“班組微課”“絕技(ji)展(zhan)示”與線(xian)(xian)下(xia)“小(xiao)實操”練(lian)兵、“擂(lei)臺式”挑戰等活(huo)(huo)動緊密結合,形成了(le)“線(xian)(xian)上學理論、線(xian)(xian)下(xia)練(lian)技(ji)能(neng)”的濃厚氛圍,為職工(gong)搭建(jian)鍛煉成才、施展(zhan)才華、貢獻(xian)聰明才智(zhi)的平臺。
