為更(geng)好的貫徹落實《中(zhong)國共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)教(jiao)育(yu)管理(li)工作(zuo)條例》《2019—2023年全(quan)國黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)教(jiao)育(yu)培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)工作(zuo)規(gui)劃》要求(qiu),冀中(zhong)能源國際物流集團黨(dang)(dang)委緊密結合企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)實際情(qing)況,堅持問題、需求(qiu)導向,充(chong)分調研、提前報備、量身定制(zhi)最優培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)方(fang)案,創(chuang)新實施黨(dang)(dang)務(wu)工作(zuo)人員(yuan)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)培訓(xun)(xun)(xun),全(quan)面提升黨(dang)(dang)務(wu)工作(zuo)人員(yuan)培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)質效,不斷凸顯企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)思想政治工作(zuo)成效,使黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)更(geng)好地(di)體現時代性、把握(wo)規(gui)律(lv)性、富有創(chuang)造性,為推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)高質量發展奠定了堅實的組(zu)織基礎(chu)。截至(zhi)目前,共開辦各類業(ye)(ye)務(wu)培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)班13期(qi),2300余人次(ci)參加。
有的放矢學。該集團針對(dui)在黨建(jian)一體(ti)化(hua)考(kao)(kao)核工(gong)作(zuo)中發現的各類問題,黨建(jian)一體(ti)化(hua)考(kao)(kao)核領導小組辦公(gong)室對(dui)照《黨支部(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)手冊》從為什么要填(tian)寫(xie)、誰來填(tian)寫(xie)、怎樣(yang)正確規范(fan)(fan)填(tian)寫(xie)三部(bu)分細微系統闡述。結合實(shi)際工(gong)作(zuo),著(zhu)重(zhong)對(dui)易錯內(nei)容和(he)關鍵要點反復強調,并旁征博引(yin)、深入淺出地講(jiang)解記錄(lu)內(nei)容的深層(ceng)邏輯和(he)理論內(nei)涵,為黨支部(bu)明確工(gong)作(zuo)標準及(ji)參考(kao)(kao)范(fan)(fan)例,促(cu)使各級黨組織“齊步(bu)(bu)走、走正步(bu)(bu)、開好頭(tou)、起好步(bu)(bu)”,全面提(ti)升該集團黨建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)再上新臺階。
紅(hong)(hong)色(se)體(ti)驗(yan)學。該集團為豐富黨務(wu)人(ren)員(yuan)培訓教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內容(rong),更好(hao)傳承(cheng)紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基(ji)因、用好(hao)紅(hong)(hong)色(se)資源、賡續(xu)精(jing)(jing)神(shen)血(xue)脈,采取就近就便現場體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)學,組織前往129師(shi)司令部(bu)舊(jiu)址、西柏(bo)坡革(ge)(ge)命(ming)圣地(di)(di)、紅(hong)(hong)旗(qi)渠(qu)紀念館、邢臺前南峪(yu)等(deng)革(ge)(ge)命(ming)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基(ji)地(di)(di)、愛國主(zhu)義教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基(ji)地(di)(di)學習,將紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基(ji)因植入黨務(wu)工作人(ren)員(yuan)血(xue)脈,使大(da)家對來之不易的美好(hao)生活(huo)倍加珍惜。在129師(shi),大(da)家換軍服(fu),打綁腿、推小車(che)、挑(tiao)水投彈等(deng),在親身體(ti)驗(yan)中強(qiang)化(hua)宗(zong)旨意識。品嘗當年紅(hong)(hong)軍餐(can),表達而今生活(huo)幸(xing)福(fu)感。通(tong)過重走(zou)紅(hong)(hong)旗(qi)渠(qu),使大(da)家洗禮思(si)想、震撼(han)精(jing)(jing)神(shen),普遍表示要(yao)時刻用“紅(hong)(hong)旗(qi)渠(qu)”精(jing)(jing)神(shen)激勵自己,不怕挫折、迎難而上,為企業發展多做貢(gong)獻。
因(yin)人而異學。該集團根據(ju)(ju)黨(dang)(dang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)不同身(shen)份和具體職(zhi)責(ze)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、“二十(shi)四(si)節(jie)氣”等年節(jie)時(shi)(shi)(shi)令規律,分(fen)門(men)別類(lei)、因(yin)勢因(yin)地因(yin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)梳理任務(wu)(wu)(wu)流程(cheng)、細化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間節(jie)點開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)培(pei)訓(xun)。在黨(dang)(dang)建賦能(neng)實(shi)踐訓(xun)練營,黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)如何(he)“抓(zhua)班子(zi)”、組(zu)(zu)織委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)“一(yi)年四(si)季(ji)”、宣傳(chuan)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)如何(he)“沒事找事”、紀檢(jian)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)“12345”、群工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)之(zhi)行”等課程(cheng)設置恰到好處、定位(wei)形(xing)(xing)象準確(que)。一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),通過(guo)系(xi)統學習再(zai)次強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)支(zhi)部(bu)不同角色職(zhi)責(ze)的(de)認知(zhi);另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),按照委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),在不同課程(cheng)中突出各自工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職(zhi)責(ze)范圍內工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能(neng)力的(de)提(ti)升(sheng)。黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)、副書(shu)記(ji)注重(zhong)提(ti)升(sheng)其黨(dang)(dang)性修養(yang)和理想(xiang)信(xin)念及傳(chuan)幫帶作(zuo)用的(de)發(fa)揮(hui);組(zu)(zu)織委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)重(zhong)點聚(ju)焦發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、落實(shi)組(zu)(zu)織生活(huo)(huo)制度等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);宣傳(chuan)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)擔負(fu)著思想(xiang)上(shang)解(jie)(jie)惑、精神上(shang)解(jie)(jie)憂、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)上(shang)解(jie)(jie)渴、心理上(shang)解(jie)(jie)壓(ya)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使命,主(zhu)要(yao)具備聽計說寫策五種(zhong)能(neng)力;紀檢(jian)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)著重(zhong)做好黨(dang)(dang)的(de)作(zuo)風建設、紀律監督(du)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);群工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)“五抓(zhua)”做引領,以(yi)“賦能(neng)”促(cu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育。根據(ju)(ju)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重(zhong)點任務(wu)(wu)(wu),按照時(shi)(shi)(shi)間節(jie)點,超前謀(mou)劃,培(pei)訓(xun)先行,分(fen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)務(wu)(wu)(wu)培(pei)訓(xun),確(que)保(bao)培(pei)訓(xun)效(xiao)用和知(zhi)識汲取最大(da)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。每年初(chu),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)民主(zhu)生活(huo)(huo)會、組(zu)(zu)織生活(huo)(huo)會和民主(zhu)評議(yi)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)知(zhi)識專題培(pei)訓(xun);3~5月(yue)對(dui)“小眾群體”開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象和入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)積極分(fen)子(zi)培(pei)訓(xun),對(dui)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)5個階段、25個環節(jie)進行重(zhong)點解(jie)(jie)讀;根據(ju)(ju)企業形(xing)(xing)勢發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)變化(hua)(hua)(hua)適時(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)換(huan)屆業務(wu)(wu)(wu)培(pei)訓(xun)。
此(ci)外,該集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)組織部門每(mei)次也會下一番(fan)功夫,按照“凡訓必考”的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,在每(mei)次培訓結束(shu)后,還會安排學員統一參加“對號入座”測試(shi),把測試(shi)成(cheng)績作為(wei)檢驗(yan)學員學習成(cheng)效(xiao)的(de)(de)標準并反饋給該集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)黨(dang)委,做好壓(ya)力(li)傳導,形成(cheng)工作完美閉環。
