面對市(shi)場競爭激烈、環保壓力大等(deng)嚴峻形勢,8月份以(yi)來,工程(cheng)公(gong)司(si)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞“三提一降”目標(biao)要求,以(yi)“科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)”為(wei)驅動全力打造(zao)高顏值、高標(biao)準的綠色工地、智(zhi)慧工地、樣板工地,在項(xiang)目上提高全員創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效意(yi)識,將(jiang)新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術、新(xin)工藝融入生產,為(wei)高質量發展提供有(you)力支(zhi)撐。
在金牛陽光苑項目(mu)(mu)(mu)東(dong)、西(xi)區項目(mu)(mu)(mu)上,該(gai)公司推(tui)廣應用(yong)(yong)“外(wai)墻保溫一體化施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)”“新型快拆鋁合(he)金模(mo)板技術(shu)”等,在地下車庫(ku)頂板均采用(yong)(yong)了(le)薄壁方箱(xiang)現(xian)澆(jiao)混凝土空心樓(lou)(lou)蓋施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu),該(gai)技術(shu)符(fu)合(he)河北(bei)省地區的(de)市場需(xu)求,具有(you)節材(cai)節能(neng)、隔(ge)音、抗(kang)震(zhen)、空間靈活、減輕自重(zhong)、降低(di)造價等特性,其中內(nei)置箱(xiang)模(mo),能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)約束混凝土的(de)變形和撓度(du),不僅(jin)優(you)化了(le)結構空間設計,而(er)且(qie)避免了(le)大(da)跨(kua)度(du)結構框架梁(liang)(liang)對空間的(de)影響,有(you)效(xiao)降低(di)鋼筋用(yong)(yong)量(liang),與(yu)(yu)大(da)跨(kua)度(du)預(yu)應力(li)樓(lou)(lou)蓋相(xiang)比節約資金2019.6萬元,與(yu)(yu)密肋(lei)井字梁(liang)(liang)樓(lou)(lou)蓋相(xiang)比,節約資金282.48萬元,達(da)到節約成本的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。其中西(xi)區二期B10號樓(lou)(lou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程憑借(jie)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)和精工(gong)(gong)(gong)品質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),榮獲由河北(bei)省住房和城(cheng)鄉(xiang)建設廳(ting)頒發的(de)2022年度(du)“河北(bei)省結構優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程”獎(jiang),項目(mu)(mu)(mu)參建人員在注重(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)達(da)標的(de)同時,全力(li)保障項目(mu)(mu)(mu)依(yi)法依(yi)規順(shun)利建設,力(li)爭早(zao)日實現(xian)廣大(da)購(gou)房職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安居(ju)夢(meng)。目(mu)(mu)(mu)前,該(gai)技術(shu)已(yi)在魏州財富中心項目(mu)(mu)(mu)上應用(yong)(yong),有(you)效(xiao)降低(di)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)成本。
面(mian)(mian)對外埠項(xiang)(xiang)目不(bu)斷增(zeng)多、管(guan)(guan)理(li)難度大的(de)形勢,該公司將信息化(hua)(hua)建設融入項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li),通(tong)過GEPS系統(tong)平(ping)臺完成線上工(gong)(gong)作業務(wu)審批流程(cheng),利用平(ping)臺監測(ce)減少各類業務(wu)費用支出約100多萬元,為實現(xian)“三(san)提(ti)一(yi)(yi)降”,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步提(ti)升安(an)全管(guan)(guan)理(li)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)和成本管(guan)(guan)理(li)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)水平(ping),高(gao)質量(liang)完成各項(xiang)(xiang)任務(wu)指標奠(dian)定基(ji)礎;通(tong)過創新應用BIM技(ji)術,對工(gong)(gong)藝、進(jin)度、質量(liang)、成本等多方(fang)面(mian)(mian)進(jin)行(xing)管(guan)(guan)控(kong),在(zai)(zai)項(xiang)(xiang)目施工(gong)(gong)前(qian)將整個(ge)建筑提(ti)前(qian)在(zai)(zai)電腦中“建造”一(yi)(yi)遍,從三(san)維場(chang)布(bu)、主體建模、砌體排磚(zhuan)、管(guan)(guan)線防碰撞等各個(ge)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)進(jin)行(xing)全細(xi)(xi)節模擬,及時(shi)發現(xian)圖紙、施工(gong)(gong)組織、方(fang)案(an)等方(fang)面(mian)(mian)存在(zai)(zai)的(de)問題與不(bu)足,避(bi)免返工(gong)(gong),切實提(ti)升精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平(ping),實現(xian)綠色建造。
