——冀中能源邢礦集團(tuan)加快(kuai)“六型”班組建設深化產業工人隊伍改革紀實
利(li)用“三(san)(san)個三(san)(san)”即“開好三(san)(san)個會(hui)”“工作三(san)(san)匯報”“一班三(san)(san)檢(jian)查”的管理方式,把安(an)全工作融入班組日(ri)常生產(chan)作業中;堅(jian)持(chi)“每日(ri)一題”“七日(ri)一考”學(xue)習培訓提升班組技能和程序化操作水平……這是(shi)10月(yue)23日(ri)冀中能源邢礦集團第二(er)屆班組建設論壇上班組建設的經驗交流(liu)。
班(ban)(ban)組管理(li)是企業(ye)(ye)管理(li)的(de)根基。今(jin)年以來,邢礦集團(tuan)認真貫徹落實習近平總(zong)書記關于產(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)隊(dui)伍建設(she)(she)改(gai)革的(de)重要指示(shi)精神,圍繞(rao)企業(ye)(ye)高質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展目標,把班(ban)(ban)組建設(she)(she)作為(wei)深(shen)(shen)化產(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)隊(dui)伍改(gai)革的(de)主(zhu)要抓手,持(chi)續創(chuang)(chuang)新班(ban)(ban)組管理(li),廣泛(fan)深(shen)(shen)入開展自主(zhu)安(an)全、提質(zhi)增效(xiao)、學習創(chuang)(chuang)新、技(ji)能提升、管理(li)精細、團(tuan)結和諧“六型(xing)”班(ban)(ban)組建設(she)(she),多路(lu)并進提升班(ban)(ban)組素質(zhi),持(chi)續激發(fa)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)隊(dui)伍建設(she)(she)改(gai)革工作活力,一支有理(li)想、懂技(ji)術、會創(chuang)(chuang)新、敢擔當、講奉獻的(de)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)隊(dui)伍正(zheng)在逐(zhu)漸成形。
聚焦思想建設,讓同心圓越畫(hua)越大
思(si)想是本,行動是形,本正則形立。
邢礦集團目前有班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)170余個(ge)(ge),其中(zhong)(zhong)生產(chan)(chan)型班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)120多個(ge)(ge),占班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)總(zong)數的70%以上(shang)。這些作(zuo)為(wei)企業生產(chan)(chan)的執行層(ceng)(ceng)和(he)實施者,對(dui)企業發展至關(guan)重(zhong)要。為(wei)此(ci),在“六(liu)型”班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建設中(zhong)(zhong),他(ta)們(men)堅持以人為(wei)本,圍繞(rao)中(zhong)(zhong)心工作(zuo),構建“工會(hui)搭臺、行政主(zhu)導、部室協同、創(chuang)新提升”的班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建設考核激勵長效(xiao)工作(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)下發班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建設工作(zuo)指(zhi)(zhi)導文(wen)件,從指(zhi)(zhi)導思(si)想(xiang)、總(zong)體(ti)目標、素(su)質提升、創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)、品牌班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)創(chuang)建等五大方面(mian),科(ke)學設置班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建設內容(rong),加強組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)領(ling)導,強化宣傳(chuan)引導。完善以班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長為(wei)核心的班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)生產(chan)(chan)、管理(li)、協作(zuo)職能,理(li)順運行機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),優(you)化班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)資源,狠抓(zhua)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)日常(chang)管理(li)、檢查、考核、評比,每年召開總(zong)結表彰大會(hui),對(dui)連(lian)續三年及以上(shang)獲(huo)得(de)“六(liu)型班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)”的班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長,作(zuo)為(wei)選拔使用中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)干(gan)部的重(zhong)要依據,使班組(zu)(zu)建設工(gong)作形(xing)成體系、明(ming)確路徑(jing)、干(gan)有抓手,對班組(zu)(zu)強化管理起到了事半功倍(bei)的效(xiao)果,有效(xiao)保障了(le)班組(zu)建設工作穩步推進(jin)。
聚(ju)焦(jiao)思(si)想做(zuo)文章,始終堅持把黨的(de)領(ling)導全面(mian)有(you)效(xiao)地貫徹落實到職工隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)全過程,以(yi)(yi)思(si)想引領(ling)聚(ju)共識,通過舉辦大(da)(da)講堂(tang)、組(zu)織宣講等(deng)形(xing)式,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步推(tui)動黨的(de)二十大(da)(da)及(ji)歷次全會(hui)精(jing)神(shen)、習近平新時代中國(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)思(si)想進(jin)(jin)廠礦、進(jin)(jin)車間(jian)、進(jin)(jin)班(ban)組(zu),增強(qiang) “四個意(yi)識”、堅定(ding)“四個自信”、做(zuo)到“兩個維(wei)護”。堅持以(yi)(yi)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)核(he)心(xin)價值(zhi)觀培育新時代產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren),組(zu)織開展(zhan)“我(wo)是文明(ming)市(shi)民、要為城市(shi)爭光,我(wo)是燕趙兒(er)女、要為河北(bei)爭氣(qi)”等(deng)活動,教育激(ji)勵員工明(ming)大(da)(da)德嚴私德、愛祖國(guo)愛企(qi)業(ye)(ye)。加強(qiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)引領(ling)固(gu)根基,把產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)融入企(qi)業(ye)(ye)黨建(jian)工作(zuo)大(da)(da)局,在一(yi)線產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)、生產(chan)(chan)技術骨干中大(da)(da)力培養發展(zhan)黨員,增加工人(ren)在各級黨代會(hui)代表、群團組(zu)織代表委員中的(de)比例(li)。同(tong)時,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步激(ji)發勞模引領(ling)發展(zhan)動力,大(da)(da)力弘揚勞模精(jing)神(shen)、勞動精(jing)神(shen)、工匠精(jing)神(shen),廣泛宣傳(chuan)先進(jin)(jin)典型(xing)事跡,引導產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)工人(ren)堅定(ding)不移跟黨走,向(xiang)先進(jin)(jin)學習、向(xiang)先進(jin)(jin)看齊(qi),讓“同(tong)心(xin)圓”越畫越大(da)(da),使(shi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)上下(xia)形(xing)成了思(si)想統一(yi)、目標同(tong)向(xiang)、合力奮進(jin)(jin)的(de)良好態(tai)勢。
圍繞賦能成才,讓奮斗歌越唱(chang)越響
10月24日(ri),邢礦集(ji)團(tuan)老(lao)母坡(po)煤業井下工(gong)(gong)作面迎來(lai)了(le)別樣一(yi)天,集(ji)團(tuan)公司2024年液(ye)壓支(zhi)架工(gong)(gong)、錨網(wang)支(zhi)護(hu)工(gong)(gong)、綜采維(wei)修電工(gong)(gong)等七個工(gong)(gong)種、74名選手(shou)參賽(sai)的(de)職工(gong)(gong)技(ji)能大賽(sai)正在激烈(lie)有序(xu)進(jin)行(xing)。
職工是企業發展(zhan)的堅實依靠,職工強(qiang)則企業興。邢礦集團從企業實(shi)際和長遠發展目標出發,在班(ban)組建設中,以“工學結(jie)合”為核心,以“科技(ji)成果轉化(hua)”為切入點,建(jian)立“培(pei)訓(xun)—競賽—評比—表彰(zhang)”機制,深化職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)教育培(pei)訓,廣泛開展技術(shu)比武,通(tong)過(guo)班組與(yu)(yu)班組比、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)與(yu)(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)比、單位(wei)與(yu)(yu)單位(wei)比,全面提升班組及職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)與(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐水平。以“最(zui)想學什么、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)來選(xuan)題”方式,打破員工(gong)(gong)學習(xi)培(pei)訓統一命題的傳(chuan)統模(mo)式,全(quan)面了(le)解職工需求。今年以來,開(kai)展(zhan)新安全(quan)生產法(fa)、智能化工作面操作常識等內容學習培訓3100余人次(ci),讓員工熟悉并掌握現代(dai)化企業(ye)管理理念、先(xian)進的(de)管理方(fang)法(fa)和現代(dai)化手段。同時,各(ge)基層單位也因人制宜開(kai)展(zhan)各(ge)具特色培訓,老母坡(po)煤(mei)業實行(xing)班組長及師傅講課制,現(xian)場講程(cheng)序化(hua)操(cao)作(zuo)技(ji)能(neng);工程(cheng)公(gong)司推行(xing)導(dao)師制人(ren)才培(pei)養;中煤(mei)四處針對光伏(fu)發(fa)電項(xiang)目開展技(ji)能(neng)培(pei)訓(xun),結合(he)基礎墩找(zhao)正就位、支架安裝(zhuang)、光伏(fu)組件安裝(zhuang)、直流及交流線纜安裝(zhuang)、逆(ni)變器和并網柜安裝(zhuang)調試等(deng)光伏(fu)施工關鍵工序技(ji)術(shu)標準要求,由專(zhuan)業工程(cheng)師進(jin)行(xing)講解,迅(xun)速(su)提高了隊伍的專(zhuan)業素質。
以賽促學,以學促用(yong)。邢(xing)礦集團(tuan)深入開展職工技術比(bi)武、技術交(jiao)流和(he)崗位(wei)練兵活動。結合(he)各產業(ye)板(ban)塊特性(xing),科學設置(zhi)比(bi)武項目(mu),建立“學習—比(bi)武—評比(bi)—表彰”一(yi)體化競賽(sai)機制,學賽(sai)結合(he),互促互長(chang)。今(jin)年(nian)以來,圍(wei)繞生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成本、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率、產(chan)(chan)品質量、工藝優化等內容開展(zhan)技術崗位練兵活動30余場(chang),職工(gong)參與率達到了70%以上,在今(jin)年集團公司(si)組織的技術比武中多(duo)名青工(gong)取得了前(qian)三名。老(lao)母坡煤業孫紅彬、張瑞華(hua)、袁紅良、李鵬(peng)飛分(fen)別榮(rong)獲采煤機(ji)司機(ji)、掘進機(ji)、錨網支(zhi)護(hu)工(gong)、監測工(gong)第一名,金谷煤業牛金慧、路建平、馬(ma)昕分(fen)別榮(rong)獲綜采維修電工(gong)、液壓支(zhi)架工(gong)、瓦斯(si)檢(jian)查(cha)工(gong)第一名。
一項(xiang)項(xiang)務實舉(ju)措,一個個創新做法。邢(xing)礦集團班(ban)組建設工作扎(zha)實有效,職(zhi)工們掀起了學技(ji)術(shu)、練本領、比(bi)技(ji)能、爭(zheng)先(xian)進(jin)的熱潮,他們信心(xin)滿懷、斗志昂(ang)揚,在蓬勃向榮的企(qi)業高質量發展中砥礪奮進(jin)。
搭設建功平臺,讓主力軍作用(yong)彰顯
老母坡煤(mei)業(ye)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)隊截至9月份(fen)完成掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)總進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)同(tong)比增長12%,半煤(mei)巖巷(xiang)單(dan)頭(tou)日進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)創下22米(mi)(mi)最高紀錄,5110下順(shun)槽連續3個月保持400米(mi)(mi)以上進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi);金谷煤(mei)業(ye)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)隊王斌班(ban)組(zu)通(tong)過對“材料、時間、質量”三方(fang)面的(de)精益管理(li),每(mei)班(ban)的(de)正規循環作業(ye)率達到90%,保持著每(mei)班(ban)進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)5-7排的(de)良(liang)好成績;冀中糧(liang)油灌裝班(ban)組(zu)5L產(chan)品生產(chan)成本(ben)(ben)降(jiang)低了1%,4L產(chan)品生產(chan)成本(ben)(ben)降(jiang)低了26%,職工徐黎濤榮獲河(he)北省五一勞動獎(jiang)章……
員工(gong)唱戲,企業(ye)搭臺。邢礦集團(tuan)圍(wei)繞(rao)階段性和全(quan)(quan)年任(ren)務目(mu)標、重(zhong)(zhong)點項目(mu)、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)、經營(ying)管(guan)理,從生產(chan)經營(ying)降本(ben)增效(xiao)、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)精(jing)細化管(guan)理達標、項目(mu)建設示范引領、職工(gong)技能素質提升、職工(gong)技術創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)五個(ge)方面開(kai)展(zhan)勞(lao)動(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽,構建“賽安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、賽環保、賽產(chan)量(liang)(liang)、賽質量(liang)(liang)、賽成本(ben)、賽效(xiao)益”的勞(lao)動(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽考核評價體系,不斷激發班組及職工(gong)投(tou)身推動(dong)高質量(liang)(liang)發展(zhan)的積極性、主(zhu)動(dong)性、創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)性。今年以來,完(wan)成礦廠級競(jing)(jing)賽94項,區科級競(jing)(jing)賽60項,其中重(zhong)(zhong)點組織專項勞(lao)動(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽16項,為創(chuang)(chuang)水(shui)平破紀錄(lu)單位(wei)發賀信4次,組織現(xian)場慶功3次,推動(dong)了(le)各階段任(ren)務的圓滿完(wan)成,同(tong)時(shi)也涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)了(le)多個(ge)優秀班組和學習型、創(chuang)(chuang)新型、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)型、效(xiao)益型、和諧型“五型”優秀員工(gong)。
