峰(feng)峰(feng)集團大(da)社礦讓職工(gong)端牢“技術”飯碗強素質提能力(li)
一(yi)直以來(lai),峰(feng)峰(feng)集團(tuan)大社礦注(zhu)重提升(sheng)職工崗(gang)(gang)位技(ji)能(neng)水平(ping),不斷拓寬職工培訓渠道,增強(qiang)崗(gang)(gang)位技(ji)能(neng),端牢“技(ji)術”飯碗(wan),多形式、多層次打造高水平(ping)人(ren)才隊伍,為企(qi)業高效發(fa)展(zhan)夯實基(ji)礎。
建(jian)立培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓機制,筑牢學(xue)(xue)習(xi)“舞臺”。該礦建(jian)立健全職工(gong)崗位技能(neng)(neng)提(ti)升12項運行(xing)機制,制定了《“2+1”職工(gong)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓方(fang)案(an)》《關于(yu)工(gong)程技術(shu)人員(yuan)及技能(neng)(neng)人員(yuan)素(su)質提(ti)升的實施(shi)意見》《導師帶徒規劃方(fang)案(an)》等,實施(shi)分級、分層、分專業學(xue)(xue)習(xi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓,打造技能(neng)(neng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)網格化管理平臺。為保證實效,建(jian)立了“日學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、周培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓、月測試(shi)、季(ji)練比、年選拔和師帶徒”教育(yu)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓機制,讓選拔出的技術(shu)能(neng)(neng)手帶隊(dui)伍、為喜(xi)歡(huan)創新的人建(jian)立工(gong)作室(shi),確(que)保達到以學(xue)(xue)促(cu)教、以學(xue)(xue)促(cu)練、以學(xue)(xue)增(zeng)智(zhi)的效果。
強化(hua)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)陣地,豐富技能“食糧”。該礦在廠區設置宣傳陣地,充分利用(yong)技術員工作例會、班前會等形式,見縫插針(zhen)式學(xue)(xue)習(xi),拉(la)緊“技術弦”,一(yi)刻不(bu)放(fang)松。基層各(ge)單(dan)位還用(yong)“點餐”的形式,“按需(xu)下單(dan)”獲取(qu)“推(tui)送”的專業知識,在安全文化(hua)長廊的電子屏(ping)公開循環播放(fang)技能學(xue)(xue)習(xi)視頻,滿足崗(gang)位技能需(xu)求。積極克服疫情影響,采(cai)取(qu)現場+網絡的培訓形式,拓寬(kuan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)渠道,確保知識配送“不(bu)斷糧”。
加(jia)大(da)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)激勵(li),全員崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)“比拼”。該(gai)礦在(zai)全礦范圍內(nei)開展了“集(ji)中賽”技術比武活(huo)動,利用線(xian)上和線(xian)下的(de)(de)形式(shi)進行理論和實操技能比拼,來(lai)自(zi)基層(ceng)單位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)采煤機司機、液壓支架工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、巷道噴(pen)漿(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、井下電工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、井上廚師、文秘、電修(xiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等12個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種362名職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),激烈角(jiao)逐。對各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)前三(san)名,分別(bie)給予井下專業3000元(yuan)(yuan)、2000元(yuan)(yuan)、1500元(yuan)(yuan),地面專業1500元(yuan)(yuan)、1000元(yuan)(yuan)、800元(yuan)(yuan)不等的(de)(de)獎(jiang)勵(li),激發(fa)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)積極性。為鼓勵(li)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)適(shi)應新形勢新崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)發(fa)展要求,積極開展了通訊光纖技術專項技能培(pei)訓,讓(rang)學習和培(pei)訓成為“家常便飯”,滿足(zu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提升崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)技能的(de)(de)需求,深受職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)歡迎。
聯系生(sheng)(sheng)產實(shi)際(ji)(ji),確(que)保(bao)按需“供給(gei)”。該礦注重(zhong)把(ba)(ba)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員及(ji)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)員素質提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)作與安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產實(shi)際(ji)(ji)緊密(mi)結合,充分(fen)把(ba)(ba)握(wo)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)員的特點,找準(zhun)要點、盲點、難點,安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產現場需要什么就學(xue)習什么,哪些方面薄弱就在哪個方面下(xia)功夫,緊緊抓住安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產實(shi)際(ji)(ji)當中的關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)事(shi)、關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)處(chu)、關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)時(shi),對(dui)癥(zheng)下(xia)藥。注重(zhong)把(ba)(ba)學(xue)習重(zhong)點落實(shi)到依法(fa)依規(gui)生(sheng)(sheng)產,專業技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)實(shi)施規(gui)范(fan)、標準(zhun),崗位操作規(gui)程(cheng)和(he)(he)專項安(an)全措(cuo)施,增強(qiang)崗位技(ji)(ji)(ji)能和(he)(he)本(ben)領(ling),提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員解決復(fu)雜(za)問題的能力,架設企(qi)業復(fu)合型、專業型人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)成長和(he)(he)培(pei)(pei)養渠道。截至目前,職工(gong)(gong)培(pei)(pei)訓達(da)1500人(ren)(ren)(ren)(次),職工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)61項,12名職工(gong)(gong)由于業務能力突出,提(ti)拔(ba)為班(ban)隊長,營造了良(liang)好的學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能提(ti)素質強(qiang)本(ben)領(ling)的氛圍。
