今年以來,冀(ji)中能源井礦(kuang)集團(tuan)各單位堅持眼睛向內、深挖潛力,把過緊日子思想貫穿到各層(ceng)級、各環節(jie),為(wei)沖刺雙過半奠定堅實基(ji)礎。
煤炭運(yun)銷分(fen)公司結合(he)實(shi)(shi)際,制(zhi)定(ding)出臺(tai)降本(ben)(ben)增效實(shi)(shi)施方案,堅持(chi)每(mei)(mei)旬(xun)一督導、每(mei)(mei)月一總結、每(mei)(mei)季一考核(he)。聚焦物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)供應全流(liu)程優化,推出“以舊(jiu)換新臺(tai)賬(zhang)”機(ji)制(zhi),在申領新物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)時需同步登記舊(jiu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)信息,動態跟蹤物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)使用周期,明(ming)確廢(fei)舊(jiu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)回收標準,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)采購(gou)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)整(zheng)體(ti)下降3%。結合(he)冀中(zhong)能源數智化平臺(tai)建(jian)設,推動臺(tai)賬(zhang)數據與采購(gou)、倉儲系(xi)統的深度聯動,加強(qiang)庫存周轉率考核(he),減少(shao)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)積壓(ya)風(feng)險,全年預(yu)計(ji)節約倉儲管(guan)(guan)理費(fei)用2萬(wan)余元。堅持(chi)日常成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)消耗系(xi)統分(fen)析,精準鎖定(ding)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)控關鍵點(dian),建(jian)立財務(wu)分(fen)析和風(feng)險預(yu)警機(ji)制(zhi),確保成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)可(ke)控。截至5月中(zhong)旬(xun),各項(xiang)費(fei)用累計(ji)節約17萬(wan)元。
鳳山(shan)化工(gong)公司(si)強化生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝管理(li),修訂(ding)完(wan)(wan)善《崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)操(cao)作規(gui)程》,強化崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)工(gong)藝規(gui)程、操(cao)作工(gong)責任、工(gong)藝平衡調(diao)(diao)節等方面(mian)的培訓(xun),穩步提(ti)高職(zhi)工(gong)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)操(cao)作水平。加(jia)(jia)強設備(bei)(bei)管理(li),在搞好設備(bei)(bei)日(ri)常維護(hu)的同時,定期檢(jian)修運轉(zhuan)設備(bei)(bei),提(ti)高設備(bei)(bei)利用(yong)率,保障設備(bei)(bei)穩定運行。完(wan)(wan)成特種(zhong)設備(bei)(bei)氨蒸(zheng)發器(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)、2臺冷凝水罐、2臺預(yu)熱器(qi)和分氣缸的定期檢(jian)驗。加(jia)(jia)強特殊作業訂(ding)單(dan)生(sheng)產(chan)管理(li),自3月(yue)份起,抽調(diao)(diao)科室人員進行熔鹽造粒、及食品級訂(ding)單(dan)生(sheng)產(chan),進一步降低生(sheng)產(chan)成本。截(jie)至(zhi)5月(yue)12日(ri),今年以來單(dan)位(wei)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)費用(yong)每噸降低0.1%。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貿(mao)科技公司注(zhu)重(zhong)技術革新,提升(sheng)臥式(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心利用率(lv),改進加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,推行“一(yi)人(ren)雙車(che)(che)”操作(zuo)模式(shi),節省批(pi)量(liang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時間(jian)(jian)50%。實施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝整合,簡化(hua)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,將軸(zhou)(zhou)承套(tao)、軸(zhou)(zhou)承蓋、電機(ji)調整板等(deng)零件(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝移至立(li)式(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心,取(qu)消劃線、銑床(chuang)(chuang)、鉆床(chuang)(chuang)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,實現一(yi)次(ci)成型加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并(bing)針對電聯器等(deng)批(pi)量(liang)零件(jian),進一(yi)步優化(hua)立(li)式(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)序,單(dan)件(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率(lv)提升(sheng)30%。持續優化(hua)熔煉工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,精準控制澆注(zhu)溫度和(he)時間(jian)(jian),并(bing)增加(jia)(jia)(jia)出廠前復檢(jian)程(cheng)(cheng)序,鑄造(zao)(zao)和(he)機(ji)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)產品合格率(lv)均達(da)到 98%以上。鑄造(zao)(zao)車(che)(che)間(jian)(jian)制定嚴格的原材(cai)料單(dan)耗定額(e),規范領用流程(cheng)(cheng),并(bing)通過回收澆冒口、鐵屑等(deng)舉措,每爐減少(shao)面包鐵用量(liang)200-300千克。
物業管理(li)服(fu)務中心(xin)細化材料費用支出,加強廢(fei)舊(jiu)物資修(xiu)舊(jiu)利廢(fei),組織(zhi)開展節支降(jiang)耗“金點子”征集活(huo)動,充分激發全員(yuan)創新創效(xiao)活(huo)力(li),截(jie)至(zhi)5月12日,今年(nian)以來累計(ji)節約資金2萬余元。積極(ji)探索變電(dian)(dian)站無人(ren)(ren)值守(shou)技術改造,在現(xian)有(you)的電(dian)(dian)力(li)設備基礎上,通過完善照(zhao)明(ming)、視頻監控(kong)、電(dian)(dian)力(li)控(kong)制、消防報警等(deng)系統的建設,達(da)到遠(yuan)程操控(kong),無人(ren)(ren)值守(shou)的目(mu)標。根據改造計(ji)劃,初步推(tui)行(xing)(xing)以基礎條件較好的賈(jia)莊變電(dian)(dian)站打造樣(yang)板項目(mu),逐步向鳳山(shan)變電(dian)(dian)站、新井變電(dian)(dian)站進行(xing)(xing)推(tui)廣,最終達(da)到三站集中管理(li),將運(yun)行(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)從18人(ren)(ren)減至(zhi)6人(ren)(ren),每(mei)年(nian)可節省人(ren)(ren)工支出約72萬元。
