今年(nian)以(yi)來,冀中能源(yuan)邢礦集團在(zai)“提效(xiao)(xiao)”上下苦(ku)功,在(zai)“降(jiang)(jiang)本(ben)”上求實效(xiao)(xiao),以(yi)成本(ben)控制為(wei)(wei)(wei)基(ji)礎,以(yi)修舊利廢為(wei)(wei)(wei)補(bu)充,以(yi)創新(xin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)核(he)心驅動(dong)力(li),全方(fang)位、深層(ceng)次推進(jin)降(jiang)(jiang)本(ben)增效(xiao)(xiao)工作,為(wei)(wei)(wei)企業高質(zhi)量發展注入強(qiang)勁動(dong)力(li)。
該集團聚焦效率、狠抓成本,持續提升“137”成(cheng)本管(guan)理精(jing)細化體(ti)系(xi)運行質(zhi)量,全力實施降本戰略,進一步自我加壓、深挖內潛,不斷提高產(chan)品質(zhi)量和勞(lao)動效(xiao)率,切實推動企業降本增效。老母坡煤業在(zai)物資采(cai)(cai)購環節(jie),加強(qiang)市場調研,與優質(zhi)供應商建(jian)立長(chang)期合作(zuo)關系(xi),通過集中采(cai)(cai)購、招標采(cai)(cai)購等方式,不斷降(jiang)(jiang)低采(cai)(cai)購成(cheng)(cheng)本,一(yi)季度(du)采(cai)(cai)購成(cheng)(cheng)本降(jiang)(jiang)低了(le)7.53%。金谷煤(mei)(mei)業按照“源(yuan)頭(tou)控(kong)制、過程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、全程(cheng)考(kao)核”的(de)要求,完善(shan)煤(mei)(mei)質(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理和(he)考(kao)核辦法,將煤(mei)(mei)質(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理抓在(zai)現(xian)場、責(ze)任明確在(zai)現(xian)場、措施落實到(dao)現(xian)場。同(tong)(tong)時,充(chong)分發揮調度(du)指揮中心、技術、機電等部門的(de)協調、組織、指導(dao)作(zuo)用,強(qiang)化全程(cheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)、監(jian)(jian)督監(jian)(jian)控(kong)和(he)數據量化,充(chong)分調動(dong)了(le)全員抓煤(mei)(mei)質(zhi)的(de)積(ji)極(ji)性,與上月同(tong)(tong)期相比精煤(mei)(mei)回收率提高(gao)了(le)近4個百分點。
該集團不斷強化干部職工成本意識,提高增效觀念,細算賬、控成本,在修舊利廢上對標挖潛,堅持“變廢為寶”的原則,最大限度地發現利用廢舊材料的“剩余價值”,減少新材料投入,降低成本,努力實現經濟效益最大化。金谷煤業每(mei)月統(tong)計各單位回(hui)收(shou)(shou)復用(yong)情況,并定期(qi)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)本管(guan)(guan)控專項(xiang)檢查,督促各頭(tou)面物資(zi)應收(shou)(shou)盡(jin)收(shou)(shou)。一季度以來,共組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)專項(xiang)檢查11次,綜采隊、充(chong)填隊回(hui)收(shou)(shou)復合(he)鐵鞋、十(shi)字梁等(deng)1900余件(jian);掘進工作面復用(yong)水管(guan)(guan)排卡、道木等(deng)3000余件(jian),再(zai)利用(yong)物資(zi)原(yuan)值約16萬元;沿空(kong)留(liu)巷復用(yong)單體、復合(he)鐵鞋等(deng)3000余件(jian),再(zai)利用(yong)物資(zi)原(yuan)值約115萬元。老(lao)母坡煤(mei)業全員秉持(chi)“能(neng)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)必修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu),修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)必修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)好”的原(yuan)則,維修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)各類電(dian)(dian)動機、電(dian)(dian)動工器具、接觸(chu)器等(deng)電(dian)(dian)氣設備(bei)節約費用(yong)12.77萬余元。同時,降低外圍維修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)項(xiang)目,機修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)車間自行(xing)加(jia)工改造,皮帶過(guo)橋加(jia)工、管(guan)(guan)路除銹清理(li)、各種防護(hu)裝置加(jia)工等(deng)一系列(lie)維修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu),節約外委費用(yong)24萬元,系列(lie)小舉(ju)措積少成(cheng)多(duo)取得了大收(shou)(shou)益。
該(gai)集團深入(ru)開展科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin) “三年上(shang)、五年強(qiang)” 活(huo)動(dong),不斷加大(da)(da)研發投入(ru)和科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)力度,以工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)改革、技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)、智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設等(deng)為手段(duan),大(da)(da)力優化(hua)(hua)生產(chan)流(liu)程,降低生產(chan)運營(ying)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程公司加大(da)(da)對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)BIM+智(zhi)慧工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)管(guan)理(li)(li)系統在(zai)在(zai)建(jian)項(xiang)(xiang)目上(shang)的推廣應用力度,以信息化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)手段(duan)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)安全、質量、生產(chan)、技(ji)(ji)術、勞(lao)務等(deng)方面管(guan)理(li)(li),依托數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)(li)平(ping)臺(tai)對項(xiang)(xiang)目中(zhong)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)費(fei)、材料費(fei)、機(ji)械費(fei)用等(deng)進行預先設置,精準分析成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)利潤盈虧,累計節約成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)149萬元(yuan)。新(xin)疆邢美礦業在(zai)“向管(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)效(xiao)益、向創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)要(yao)動(dong)力”的經營(ying)方針指引下,立足生產(chan)實(shi)際,打破傳(chuan)統思(si)維桎梏,實(shi)施(shi)“設計優化(hua)(hua)、鉆探協同”兩(liang)大(da)(da)舉(ju)措,通過(guo)精細化(hua)(hua)地(di)質管(guan)理(li)(li),實(shi)現(xian)降本(ben)(ben)增效(xiao)1024.93萬元(yuan)。冀中(zhong)糧油(you)公司依托職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室等(deng)平(ping)臺(tai),不斷激發職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)才智(zhi)。將芝麻醬檢測(ce)前處理(li)(li)時間由12小時以上(shang)縮短至15分鐘,每年可(ke)節約成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)約5400元(yuan)。同時,優化(hua)(hua)氣質聯用儀各項(xiang)(xiang)參(can)數(shu),成(cheng)功建(jian)立塑化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)標(biao)準曲線,為實(shi)際樣品中(zhong)塑化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)含(han)量的準確測(ce)定(ding)提供了可(ke)靠依據(ju)。
