井礦集(ji)團化工事(shi)業(ye)部(bu)(bu)鳳山化工公司電儀車間(jian)黨支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)按照(zhao)公司黨總支(zhi)工作部(bu)(bu)署(shu),以(yi)“支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)+項(xiang)目”為載體,發揮(hui)戰斗堡壘、工作室智(zhi)囊團、先(xian)鋒表率三個作用(yong)助力(li)動能轉(zhuan)換。
發揮(hui)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)戰(zhan)斗堡壘作用(yong)(yong)助力(li)動(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換。該(gai)車間黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)充(chong)分發揮(hui)黨(dang)(dang)員技術骨干的(de)豐(feng)富(fu)電氣(qi)技術優勢和(he)實戰(zhan)經驗,助力(li)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型發展動(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換。在該(gai)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)重點項目壓濾設(she)備調試(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),外單位(wei)淘汰(tai)下來的(de)舊設(she)備一(yi)無(wu)圖紙(zhi)(zhi)、二無(wu)使用(yong)(yong)經驗,再加(jia)上設(she)備年(nian)久(jiu)失修、銹蝕嚴重。電儀車間黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)技術骨干沒(mei)有退縮,沒(mei)有畏(wei)懼,敢于擔(dan)當(dang),勇挑重擔(dan),他們沒(mei)有現成圖紙(zhi)(zhi)從網(wang)上找圖紙(zhi)(zhi),將舊控制柜每個(ge)(ge)部(bu)(bu)件進行檢測(ce)和(he)調試(shi),能(neng)(neng)修復(fu)使用(yong)(yong)的(de)繼(ji)續(xu)使用(yong)(yong),不能(neng)(neng)利(li)用(yong)(yong)的(de)進行更新。從線(xian)(xian)管預(yu)制、固定、安裝穿線(xian)(xian),通電試(shi)驗到設(she)備聯調聯試(shi),攻克一(yi)個(ge)(ge)個(ge)(ge)難(nan)關,突破(po)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)個(ge)(ge)瓶頸,用(yong)(yong)實際行動(dong)(dong)為(wei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)動(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型發展做(zuo)出(chu)貢獻。
發揮“鄭慶(qing)明創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室”智囊團作(zuo)(zuo)用,爭當“動(dong)(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換”開路(lu)(lu)先鋒,技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改創(chuang)新(xin)挖潛增(zeng)效助力動(dong)(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換。該公司(si)鄭慶(qing)明職工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室創(chuang)建以來,圍繞降低成本、節能(neng)減排、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)改造、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)革新(xin)等(deng)主題(ti)(ti),組織開展技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)攻關、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)培訓(xun)、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)、管(guan)理創(chuang)新(xin)、學習(xi)交流等(deng)活動(dong)(dong),解(jie)決(jue)許多生(sheng)產中遇到的(de)疑難問題(ti)(ti)。該公司(si)燃煤鍋爐停運后,人員進(jin)行了(le)分流,該區域只剩除(chu)氧器和2臺上(shang)水(shui)泵供三條線廢(fei)熱鍋爐使用。技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改前該公司(si)每班安(an)排一人負責此(ci)(ci)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),如何對除(chu)氧水(shui)箱液位及上(shang)水(shui)泵壓力進(jin)行有效監控又不用專門安(an)排人員成為(wei)一個新(xin)問題(ti)(ti)。針對此(ci)(ci)問題(ti)(ti),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室積極(ji)開動(dong)(dong)腦(nao)筋將除(chu)氧水(shui)箱液位、溫度信號和閥門開度調節遠傳線路(lu)(lu)引(yin)到并崗后的(de)三線DCS操作(zuo)(zuo)室,實現(xian)(xian)了(le)遠程控制(zhi)除(chu)氧水(shui)位。此(ci)(ci)項技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改實現(xian)(xian)了(le)除(chu)氧水(shui)箱液位及給水(shui)泵壓力的(de)精準控制(zhi),實現(xian)(xian)了(le)降本增(zeng)效、精細化管(guan)理。
發(fa)(fa)揮基層黨(dang)員(yuan)的(de)先鋒(feng)表率作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)助力(li)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)。電儀車(che)間黨(dang)支部以扎實推(tui)進(jin)安全(quan)環保、5S現場(chang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)為(wei)抓手,通過黨(dang)員(yuan)志愿服(fu)務(wu)、黨(dang)員(yuan)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)日、黨(dang)員(yuan)責(ze)任區(qu)、黨(dang)員(yuan)示(shi)范(fan)崗(gang)(gang)、為(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)轉(zhuan)型(xing)發(fa)(fa)展獻計獻策等活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)為(wei)載體助力(li)公司(si)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)、轉(zhuan)型(xing)發(fa)(fa)展,充分發(fa)(fa)揮支部融入中(zhong)心服(fu)務(wu)生產的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。在5S管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)推(tui)進(jin)工作(zuo)中(zhong),該(gai)支部重點對(dui)高低壓配電環境(jing)衛生進(jin)行整治(zhi),對(dui)配電室院內及周邊(bian)的(de)雜(za)(za)物垃圾進(jin)行清理(li)(li)。大家不畏臟、亂、熱,挽(wan)起衣袖(xiu),將物品分類碼放好,雜(za)(za)物垃圾進(jin)行了清理(li)(li)。該(gai)支部利用(yong)(yong)(yong)“安全(quan)示(shi)范(fan)崗(gang)(gang)”、班組安全(quan)日活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等載體,層層帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)查(cha)改(gai)(gai)工作(zuo)抓具體、抓深入,全(quan)面發(fa)(fa)揮好黨(dang)員(yuan)在查(cha)改(gai)(gai)工作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)先鋒(feng)模(mo)范(fan)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),營造了上下聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齊(qi)抓共管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)良好氛圍。
