面對經濟新常態,冀中能源邢礦集團堅定發展信心,保持發展戰略,科學調整工作(zuo)思路,匠心經(jing)營同質(zhi)資源整合、項(xiang)(xiang)目建設及深化改革等(deng)各項(xiang)(xiang)工作(zuo)。今(jin)年前(qian)五個月,該集團經(jing)濟指標穩中向(xiang)好(hao),企業高質(zhi)量發展態勢(shi)強(qiang)勁(jing)。
該(gai)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)認(ren)真按照冀中能源集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)關于工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設同(tong)(tong)質(zhi)(zhi)資(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合工(gong)(gong)(gong)作推進(jin)方案的有(you)關安排、分工(gong)(gong)(gong)及要(yao)求,研(yan)究(jiu)部署(shu)推進(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設同(tong)(tong)質(zhi)(zhi)資(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,廣泛(fan)開展(zhan)調(diao)查研(yan)究(jiu),多次(ci)與中建(jian)八局等(deng)大型(xing)建(jian)筑(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)央企、國企管理(li)(li)人(ren)員進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)座談,了解(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設管理(li)(li)方面的經驗做法(fa)(fa)。在本集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)司(si)和(he)中煤(mei)四處兩(liang)個單(dan)位,圍繞(rao)企業(ye)(ye)自身實(shi)(shi)際,研(yan)究(jiu)制定提質(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)效措施,積極(ji)探(tan)索(suo)實(shi)(shi)踐“特區式管理(li)(li)”、“項(xiang)目(mu)模擬(ni)法(fa)(fa)人(ren)制”,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設同(tong)(tong)質(zhi)(zhi)資(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合增(zeng)效和(he)做大做強工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設板塊創(chuang)造有(you)利條件。同(tong)(tong)時,該(gai)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)還全面梳理(li)(li)產業(ye)(ye)結構,探(tan)索(suo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)同(tong)(tong)業(ye)(ye)、同(tong)(tong)質(zhi)(zhi)資(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合,著力解(jie)決機械(xie)制造、材(cai)料加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、現(xian)代服務等(deng)產業(ye)(ye)小(xiao)而散(san)問(wen)題,發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)規模效應,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)升級發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。
該(gai)集(ji)團把高(gao)標準、高(gao)質量(liang)、高(gao)速(su)度作為(wei)項目建設研究的主(zhu)要方向,瞄準項目建設主(zhu)戰(zhan)場,細排工期,掛圖作戰(zhan),加強(qiang)調(diao)度督導,通過周一早會、公(gong)司局域網等平(ping)臺及時通報(bao)項目進展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang),摸清動(dong)態,靶向施策,加快項目建設。新疆邢(xing)美塔什店礦實現了(le)主(zhu)副(fu)井(jing)貫(guan)通,原煤倉、聯合(he)建筑及辦公(gong)樓主(zhu)體完成了(le)80%以(yi)上;金牛陽光苑49棟高(gao)層住宅樓實現封頂。占地(di)約72畝(mu)、建18條生(sheng)產線的半(ban)干面項目通過了(le)冀中能源集(ji)團審(shen)核備案(an),今年(nian)年(nian)底將(jiang)開始聯合(he)試運轉,此項目可帶動(dong)和盤活邢(xing)礦集(ji)團食品(pin)、制藥資源,打造新的經濟增(zeng)長(chang)點(dian)。
該集團結合產(chan)業板塊特點,深(shen)化改革(ge)創新,實施(shi)“一(yi)企一(yi)策制”,持續推進煤(mei)炭主業做(zuo)精(jing)做(zuo)強和(he)非煤(mei)產(chan)業轉型升級。加快智慧礦山(shan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),用科(ke)技激活發展(zhan)動(dong)力,老母坡煤(mei)業創造(zao)國(guo)內首例切眼留巷工藝(yi),去年以(yi)來減少煤(mei)柱損失1.5萬余(yu)噸(dun),增加收益850萬元以(yi)上(shang)。在(zai)非煤(mei)板塊,實施(shi)模擬法人制、薪酬(chou)、經營管(guan)(guan)理、人才資源管(guan)(guan)理等(deng)系(xi)列改革(ge),經營管(guan)(guan)理質(zhi)量和(he)品牌(pai)建(jian)(jian)設(she)再度提升,各產(chan)業板塊均圓滿(man)完成階段性生產(chan)經營指標。
