云駕嶺礦技術攻關治瓦斯
“我們鉆機隊在12810副巷上隅角已經完成6個(ge)高位瓦(wa)斯抽放鉆場打(da)鉆工作,打(da)孔工藝改進(jin)后不僅工作效率高了(le),而且瓦(wa)斯濃(nong)度更是從原(yuan)先(xian)的(de)0.4%降低到了(le)0.2%,實現了(le)礦(kuang)井瓦(wa)斯零超限!”5月 10日,云(yun)駕嶺礦(kuang)鉆機隊技術員楊陽介(jie)紹(shao)道(dao)。
瓦(wa)斯(si)是煤礦(kuang)(kuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“第一殺(sha)手”。該礦(kuang)(kuang)通(tong)過鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)技術(shu)改革、加大現(xian)場(chang)管理、加強鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)隊伍實操培訓、優化正(zheng)負考(kao)核機(ji)制等手段,進(jin)(jin)一步提升(sheng)礦(kuang)(kuang)井打鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)效率,強化礦(kuang)(kuang)井瓦(wa)斯(si)抽采工作,強化礦(kuang)(kuang)井安全生產。該礦(kuang)(kuang)12810副巷上隅角是高(gao)(gao)危瓦(wa)斯(si)地區(qu),是堅硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)全巖地質,打起(qi)孔(kong)(kong)來非(fei)常困難,傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)打孔(kong)(kong)方(fang)式在(zai)開孔(kong)(kong)后(hou)遇到支護錨索(suo),不(bu)僅破(po)壞鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou),影響鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)施工進(jin)(jin)度,而且造成(cheng)了(le)材(cai)料(liao)浪費(fei)、消耗人力物力。針對這一難題,該礦(kuang)(kuang)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)隊成(cheng)立技術(shu)攻關小組,利用班(ban)前會、班(ban)組長碰頭(tou)會,總結(jie)問題,摸索(suo)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)打鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)方(fang)法,最終在(zai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)上找到了(le)“突破(po)點”。在(zai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)到支護錨桿時將(jiang)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)及時更(geng)換為(wei)高(gao)(gao)強力高(gao)(gao)耐(nai)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)“金剛(gang)石取芯鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)”,攻克了(le)錨索(suo)段后(hou)再(zai)變更(geng)為(wei)普通(tong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou),一道工序的(de)(de)(de)(de)小改變,不(bu)僅提高(gao)(gao)了(le)打孔(kong)(kong)進(jin)(jin)度也避免了(le)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)損壞,減少了(le)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)浪費(fei)。
該礦(kuang)通(tong)過對鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)標(biao)準化(hua)查驗(yan),鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)參數日分析等手(shou)段,實現(xian)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)瓦斯抽(chou)采(cai)效果提(ti)(ti)升。定期組織(zhi)通(tong)風區、地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)測量(liang)組、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)隊召(zhao)開鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)打鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)效果分析會,對瓦斯區域的(de)地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao)(tiao)件、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)條(tiao)(tiao)件、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)參數和鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)軌跡等進行全面分析,為(wei)每個鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)技術指導。建(jian)立了瓦斯抽(chou)采(cai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)“一(yi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)一(yi)監(jian)督”機(ji)制,實施(shi)(shi)(shi)監(jian)督鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)開孔(kong)(kong)(kong)、打鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、退(tui)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)全過程,有效杜絕假打鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、假驗(yan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),確(que)保(bao)瓦斯鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)及抽(chou)采(cai)效果。
“原(yuan)先都是三個班(ban)(ban)時才能打一(yi)個瓦斯抽放孔(kong),自從改變(bian)了打孔(kong)工(gong)藝現在倆個班(ban)(ban)時就能打一(yi)個孔(kong),不僅節省了工(gong)時,工(gong)作起(qi)來也順(shun)手了很多(duo)!”班(ban)(ban)長(chang)劉學太說道。
與此同時(shi),該(gai)礦還將封(feng)孔(kong)工藝優(you)化為“兩(liang)堵一(yi)(yi)注”,即先用(yong)85鉆頭完成100米的鉆孔(kong)孔(kong)深,再用(yong)133鉆頭進行擴孔(kong)16米,下(xia)89套管(guan)15米,用(yong)兩(liang)堵一(yi)(yi)注帶壓封(feng)孔(kong)工藝進行封(feng)孔(kong)。有效封(feng)堵鉆孔(kong)周圍(wei)圍(wei)巖裂隙,增加(jia)了(le)單孔(kong)負壓,減少了(le)孔(kong)口漏氣(qi),大大節省了(le)水泥凝固時(shi)間,提(ti)高了(le)瓦斯(si)抽采量(liang)。(高改花 祁沛(pei)文)
