冀中(zhong)能源邢礦集團工會“三進一解”活(huo)動
零距離助推企業發展
冀中能(neng)源邢(xing)礦集(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會深入開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)學習貫徹習近平新時代中國特色(se)社會主(zhu)義思想主(zhu)題(ti)教育,始終(zhong)秉持(chi)“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)依(yi)靠職工(gong)(gong)(gong)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成果由(you)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)共享(xiang)”的(de)理念,認真履行參與、維護、建設、教育基本職責,圍繞(rao)企業中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),守正創新,轉變作(zuo)風,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“三進一解”活動,竭誠(cheng)服務職工(gong)(gong)(gong),全(quan)力服務企業,有力推動了企業轉型升級(ji)高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。據統計,今年上半年,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)活動500余(yu)人次,解決(jue)問題上百件。
加強組織 保(bao)活動(dong)扎實開展
邢礦集團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會“三進(jin)一解(jie)”活動(dong)(dong)(dong)是指公司及各基層工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會干部進(jin)車間、進(jin)社區、進(jin)家庭、解(jie)難題,了(le)解(jie)企(qi)業生產(chan)經營狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)、勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系變化(hua)情況(kuang)(kuang),了(le)解(jie)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)思想動(dong)(dong)(dong)態變化(hua)、文化(hua)精神需求、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)權益保障(zhang)情況(kuang)(kuang),了(le)解(jie)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)及生活上(shang)的(de)困(kun)難和問題,加(jia)強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會與企(qi)業的(de)溝通(tong)協(xie)調,著力解(jie)決職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)所急、所盼、所想,努力實現職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)在(zai)一線掌(zhang)握,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會關愛幫(bang)扶在(zai)一線實施,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務在(zai)一線落實,致力建設(she)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最可依賴的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之家,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和諧企(qi)業建設(she)。為(wei)切實抓好此(ci)項活動(dong)(dong)(dong),成立(li)以(yi)集團(tuan)公司工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席為(wei)首(shou)的(de)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)領導小組,細化(hua)分工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),明確職(zhi)(zhi)責,制定目(mu)標,嚴格考(kao)核(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會副主席帶頭,親自下礦(kuang)廠指導活動開(kai)展(zhan);每名(ming)工會干部做到每季至少(shao)走訪一個(ge)區隊、社區和家(jia)庭,確保活動不走形式、落地有聲。與此同時,公司各基層單位也建立相應活動領導小組(zu),利用(yong)公司主(zhu)流媒體(ti)加(jia)大(da)活(huo)動(dong)意義和活(huo)動(dong)動(dong)態宣傳,營造良好輿論氛圍使活(huo)動(dong)在各個層面扎實(shi)有效(xiao)開(kai)展。
聚焦發展(zhan) 解生產經營難(nan)題
邢礦集團(tuan)工會立足企(qi)業(ye)發展,以質量(liang)效(xiao)益為中心,在“三進一(yi)(yi)解(jie)”活動中(zhong),把察民情、訪(fang)民意作為活動的(de)第一(yi)(yi)步,開通職(zhi)工(gong)建言獻策渠(qu)道,面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)與職(zhi)工(gong)交談,并通過(guo)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門走訪(fang)、民主座談、民意調查、發放(fang)征求意見(jian)表等多(duo)種方(fang)式,廣泛(fan)征集(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)眾對(dui)企業發展穩定(ding)、生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營、急難愁(chou)盼(pan)等方(fang)面(mian)的(de)意見(jian)建議,對(dui)征集(ji)到的(de)意見(jian)建議,以“部(bu)(bu)(bu)署—答復(fu)—落(luo)實—監(jian)督(du)全(quan)(quan)程落(luo)實情況”的(de)良性工(gong)作機制,深入(ru)研究(jiu),具體部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,以生(sheng)產(chan)一(yi)(yi)線送(song)溫(wen)暖、勞動競賽(sai)(sai)、練兵(bing)比武提技能等多(duo)種舉措,協助解(jie)決(jue)生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營難題(ti)。針(zhen)對(dui)完(wan)成(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營指標存在較大(da)(da)難度情況,組織(zhi)職(zhi)工(gong)開展“奮(fen)戰(zhan)一(yi)(yi)季度、誓奪開門紅”、“時間任務雙過(guo)半”、“抓管(guan)理(li)、強(qiang)創新、促(cu)提升(sheng)”等主題(ti)勞動競賽(sai)(sai),上(shang)半年競賽(sai)(sai)立項(xiang)(xiang)51項(xiang)(xiang),其中(zhong)礦(kuang)廠(chang)級32項(xiang)(xiang)、區(qu)科級19項(xiang)(xiang)。老母(mu)坡煤業5102綜(zong)采(cai)工(gong)作面(mian)地質條件復(fu)雜、開采(cai)難度大(da)(da),工(gong)會干部(bu)(bu)(bu)多(duo)次到工(gong)作面(mian)與職(zhi)工(gong)們干在一(yi)(yi)起,組織(zhi)開展“比安全(quan)(quan)、比產(chan)量、比效益”勞動競賽(sai)(sai),并為職(zhi)工(gong)送(song)去雞(ji)蛋、礦泉水、熱飯,讓(rang)職工真切感受到了企(qi)業(ye)的(de)關懷。5月份(fen),創出了掘進(jin)進(jin)尺超計(ji)劃5%以上、原煤產量完成率(lv)100%的(de)好業績。另外,工(gong)會還組(zu)織開展“采(cai)掘電鉗工(gong)”、“液壓支架工(gong)”等工(gong)種技術比武(wu)提職工(gong)技能,組織開展職工(gong)代(dai)表安全巡視、群安員查隱患等活動保(bao)安全。今年(nian)以來,邢(xing)礦集團圓滿完(wan)成(cheng)了各(ge)階段生產經營任務(wu)。
以人為本 解生活工(gong)作難題
“不斷提(ti)升職工(gong)的獲得感、幸(xing)福(fu)感”是邢(xing)礦集(ji)團的永(yong)恒追求。
邢礦集團工(gong)會深(shen)入踐行(xing)以(yi)人民為中心的(de)發(fa)展思想,全(quan)心全(quan)意為職工(gong)辦(ban)實事(shi)(shi)、辦(ban)好事(shi)(shi)、辦(ban)真心事(shi)(shi),解難事(shi)(shi)、解心事(shi)(shi)、解實際(ji)事(shi)(shi)。
在“三進一解”活動中(zhong),邢礦集團工會了解到快速的(de)工作節奏和繁忙的(de)工作狀態導致青(qing)年朋友(you)(you)無暇分身(shen)去解決(jue)終身(shen)大事,宅男剩女(nv)不斷(duan)增(zeng)多,交友(you)(you)難(nan)、婚戀難(nan)已成為高度關(guan)注的(de)問題。舉辦單身青年聯誼鵲橋(qiao)會,來(lai)自(zi)冀中(zhong)股份(fen)各(ge)子公(gong)司、中(zhong)建路橋(qiao)六公(gong)司、華(hua)北醫療(liao)邢(xing)礦(kuang)總醫院、河(he)北煤科(ke)院、邢(xing)臺機械廠及邢(xing)礦(kuang)集團的100余名青年職工共聚一(yi)堂,上演(yan)了一(yi)場(chang)浪漫的邂(xie)逅,讓青年職工體(ti)會到了企業大家(jia)庭的溫暖。金牛陽光苑是邢臺礦(kuang)區最大的民心工程(cheng),工會牽頭,抽調(diao)具有相關專業特長、責任心強(qiang)的職工代表組(zu)成檢查小組,每月至少(shao)一次到金牛陽光苑建(jian)設(she)現場,對項(xiang)目成(cheng)本控制(zhi)、招(zhao)投標(biao)管理、資金使(shi)用、工程(cheng)質量(liang)、工程(cheng)進度等情況進行全程監督檢查,真正把好(hao)(hao)事辦好(hao)(hao)。升級改造職工宿舍、食堂、澡堂、文體活(huo)動室,美化(hua)綠化(hua)礦區,為職工營(ying)造(zao)安全、舒適、舒心的工作(zuo)生活(huo)環境。為進(jin)一步豐富職工精(jing)神文化(hua)生活(huo),開(kai)展(zhan)“春天誦(song)讀會”、“三提一降(jiang)”杯職工羽毛(mao)球賽(sai)、“中(zhong)國夢.勞動美—喜(xi)迎二十(shi)大(da) 建功新時代”職工書畫展(zhan)等豐富多彩文體活動65項,參加職工2800余人次。另外(wai),建(jian)立困(kun)難(nan)職工(gong)檔案動(dong)態管理機制(zhi),深(shen)入社區(qu)和職工(gong)家中,摸清職工(gong)家庭狀(zhuang)況,精準施(shi)策,動態救(jiu)助,做(zuo)到(dao)一戶一檔案一臺賬。今年上半年,幫扶救(jiu)助困難職工共計(ji)資金135000余元。
圍繞(rao)中心發揮作用(yong),撲下身(shen)子做好服務。邢(xing)礦集團工會隨著“三進一解(jie)”活動(dong)的廣泛(fan)深(shen)入開展,已(yi)在企(qi)(qi)業與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)之間搭建起(qi)了高效的信息溝通平(ping)臺,增(zeng)強了工(gong)(gong)會組(zu)織的影響力、凝(ning)聚力,暢通了服務企(qi)(qi)業和職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的“最后一公里”。職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)們說:“工(gong)(gong)會就(jiu)是咱的‘娘家(jia)人’,有(you)事(shi)咱就(jiu)找工(gong)(gong)會。”(路(lu)素(su)英)
